I'm Nicolette.
Before you explore, there are a few things you should know.
I am utterly devoted to the sunrise. I believe it is one of the most beautiful things we get to experience, and I try to live my life accordingly: returning, beginning again, and showing up each day as my nature intends.
I also like to think of myself as a home built on a beautifully expansive landscape.
Every part of my life exists like a different room, porch, garden, workshop, or trail winding through the property. Some spaces are finished. Others are still under construction. In many ways, it feels like I only got the keys a few years ago and have only recently acquired the tools, resources, courage, and heart to begin restoring it according to the vision I've always carried.
So yes, there is construction happening. (This site is still in big overhaul mode.)
There are unfinished projects, evolving ideas, new wings being added, old rooms being renovated, and plenty of sawdust on the floor.
But that's only because there is so much life, vision, and possibility being built here.
One other thing.
This is not a magazine-perfect home.
This is a lived-in home.
The kind with beautiful couches that have been sat on, kitchens full of people, art supplies left out, books stacked on tables, muddy shoes from adventures, half-finished projects, family gatherings, laughter, tears, celebrations, and evidence that someone is actually living here.
I am much more interested in a beautiful life than a perfect one.
And so, wherever you know me from, whether you're a friend, family member, employer, reader, stranger, former classmate, future collaborator, or someone who simply stumbled across this little corner of the internet—WELCOME!!
You're invited to wander.

The Living Room — TikTok
This is where conversations happen.
My TikTok is the living room of the house: open, welcoming, sometimes thoughtful, sometimes funny, occasionally chaotic, and always evolving.
It's where I practice allowing myself to exist publicly without fear, perfectionism, or expectations. I share reflections on inner work, spirituality, intuition, authenticity, personal growth, family, creativity, overcoming shame, and whatever ideas make their way from my Notes app into the world.
More than anything, it's a practice in becoming the woman I want to be: someone who is deeply in love with who she is, the life she is creating, and unafraid to share it.
The Wraparound Porch — Life by a Thousand Cuts
My Substack is the wraparound porch.
It's where slower, intimate conversations happen.
Where I sit in the rocking chair, look out across the landscape, and reflect on where I've been, where I'm going, and what I'm learning along the way.
The Office — LinkedIn
This is where I keep my professional life.
I genuinely love doing great work.
I'm a writer, marketer, strategist, and builder who enjoys helping exceptional companies communicate clearly, connect deeply, and grow meaningfully.
I take pride in my craft, care deeply about the people I work with, and believe that meaningful work can be an extension of a meaningful life.
This room is a little more polished than the others, but the same person lives here.
The Workshop — Public Instagram
This room changes often.
Some days it's an art studio or a writing desk or a vision board.
Some days it's simply a place to experiment.
My public Instagram is where I let myself explore without needing to know exactly what something will become. It's where ideas, artwork, photographs, writing, and curiosity get to coexist while I continue figuring out what wants to be built next.
The Shed
And yes, somewhere on this property there is probably a shed full of childhood treasures.
Neopets. Old journals. Lacrosse sticks. Volleyball kneepads. Those car seatbelt belts I'd wear in middle school.
Forgotten interests. Dreams I put away for a while.
Pieces of myself I thought I had outgrown.
Lately, I've been bringing many of them back into the house.
It turns out that growing up isn't about abandoning what you loved.
It's about finding a place for it in the life you're building now.
So welcome.
Take a look around.
The coffee is on.
The sunrise is beautiful.
And there's still plenty of room to grow and build.
